ORDER

It is ORDERED that the motion for leave to appeal (M-559-21) is granted, the trial court orders entered on December 16 and 17, 2021 are vacated, and the matter is summarily remanded to the trial court for resolution through expedited proceedings. The annual meeting of Spencer Savings Bank, S.L.A., and election of its board of directors, may not occur until the trial court enters a final judgment.

It is further ORDERED that the motion for a stay (M-560-21) is dismissed as moot.
