ORDER
The reporter's record was due April 16, 2020. When it was not filed, we notified official court reporter Victoria Franklin by postcard dated April 20, 2020 and directed her to file, by May 20, 2020, (1) the reporter's record, (2) written verification that no hearings were recorded, or (3) written verification that appellant has not requested the reporter's record. On April 29, 2020, Ms. Franklin notified us by letter that the court reporter who reported this case was Debi Harris and that Ms. Franklin emailed a copy of our postcard to Ms. Harris. To date, the reporter's record has not been filed, and we have had no communication from Ms. Harris.
We ORDER the reporter's record filed by July 6, 2020. We caution Ms. Harris that the failure to do so will result in the Court using whatever remedies it has available to ensure the record is filed and the appeal proceed in a timely fashion.
We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Carter Thompson, Presiding Judge, Criminal District Court No. 5; Victoria Franklin, official court reporter, Criminal District Court No. 5; Debi Harris, court reporter; and counsel for all parties.
