ORDER

Mario Vasquez was convicted, on January 25, 2012, of driving while intoxicated third offense. The trial court assessed punishment at ten years imprisonment, probated for ten years, and a $2000 fine. On March 14, 2017, the State filed a motion to revoke probation. On April 21, 2017, after appellant entered a plea of true to the State's allegations, the trial court revoked appellant's community supervision and sentenced him to six years in prison. Appellant then filed this appeal.

The clerk's record has been filed as has the January 2012 reporter's record but to date, the reporter's record from the April 21, 2017 revocation hearing has not been filed. We ORDER court reporter Mary Snider to file the reporter's record from the April 21, 2017 revocation hearing within TWENTY DAYS from the date of this order.
