On October 13, 2021, respondent filed a Motion To Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction as To Strike the Portion of the Petition That Addresses Taxable Year 2019. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before November 12, 2021, petitioner shall file an Objection, if any, to the above described motion to dismiss as to 2019. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the granting of the motion to dismiss as to 2019.
