By Order dated December 29, 2021, the Court directed petitioner, on or before February 14, 2022, to file an amended petition and to pay the Court's filing fee for this case. On January 29, 2022, petitioner electronically filed several separate documents as one document titled First Amendment to Order for Amended Petition and Filing Fee on 02-14-2022.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's above-referenced document is recharacterized as a First Amendment to Petition. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall copy the last two pages of petitioner's above-referenced document and file them as of the date this Order is issued as an application for waiver of filing fee, It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's application for waiver of filing fee is granted.
