ORDER

Maurice B. Foley Chief Judge

On July 7, 2021, the petition in this case was filed. Petitioner seeks review of the notice of deficiency dated March 8, 2021, issued to him for tax year 2018. On October 13, 2021, respondent filed his Answer to the petition.

On November 15, 2021, petitioner filed a Motion To Request Trial as to 2018 Tax Year for Redetermination of Petitioner's Alleged Tax Liability.

The Court has not yet at this time set this case for hearing or trial. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion To Request Trial as to 2018 filed November 15, 2021, is denied without prejudice. 1
