Ruben P. Vasquez Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

Maurice B. Foley Chief Judge.

On June 7, 2021, the Court received from the parties in the above-docketed matter a Proposed Stipulated Decision resolving this litigation. However, due to inadvertent clerical error, that Settlement Stipulation had been improperly stricken from the record herein despite the fact that no prior Order called for such action.

The premises considered, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before June 23, 2021, the parties shall file another copy of the Settlement Stipulation previously filed May 25, 2021.
