ORDER

Tamara W. Ashford Judge.

On January 23, 2024, pursuant to the Court's October 25, 2023, Order, the parties filed a Joint Status Report, apprising the Court of the then present status of these cases. The parties report that since approximately October 25, 2023, petitioners have had an opportunity to meet with the Internal Revenue Service Independent Office of Appeals (Appeals) and have provided additional documents and information to the assigned Appeals officer for consideration. The parties further report that they believe that these cases are susceptible to settlement and are continuing to work together to resolve them administratively; accordingly, the parties request that the Court order them to file additional status reports in 90 days to apprise the Court of the then present status of these cases. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before April 29, 2024, file status reports, separately or jointly, apprising the Court of the then present status of these cases.
