ORDERED that respondent's Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time to File a Response to the Tax Court's Order Dated June 28, 2024 (Doc. 46), is granted in that the time in which the parties shall file with the Court a response to the June 28, 2024, Order is extended from July 12, 2024, to July 29, 2024.
