REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION
On September 30, 2020, the Court entered a screening order that dismissed Plaintiff's complaint without prejudice and ordered Plaintiff to file an amended complaint (if she so chose). (Order (ECF No. 3).) Plaintiff's deadline to file an amended complaint, if she so chose, was October 30, 2020. (Id.) Plaintiff did not file an amended complaint or otherwise respond to this Court's order. Accordingly, it appears Plaintiff abandoned her case.
IT IS THEREFORE RECOMMENDED that Plaintiff's case be dismissed without prejudice and this case closed.
