ORDER

On October 31, 2024, appellee filed a motion for rehearing and a motion for en banc reconsideration of the October 16, 2024 panel opinion and order in this appeal. Appellee also filed a motion seeking to stay the portions of the panel's order that abate this appeal and direct the trial court to hold a hearing on appellant's motion for new trial.

After consideration, appellee's motion for rehearing and motion for reconsideration en banc is DENIED. See Tex. R. App. P. 49.3, 49.5. Appellee's motion to stay the abatement and motion for new trial hearing is also DENIED.
