The State's requested reporter's record in this appeal was due on February 29, 2024.

On March 1, 2024, Court Reporter Herminia Torres filed a notice of late record, notifying this court that she was unaware that this appeal was pending and expects her portion of the record to be completed by March 29, 2024. Ms. Torres's request for additional time is granted. Her portion of the reporter's record is due on March 29, 2024.

Ms. Hinds' voir dire record is currently past due. This court orders Ms. Hinds to file the voir dire record within ten days of this order. Any further requests for additional time to file the record must be accompanied by a signed, written status report regarding the progress on this appeal.

The State's brief is due thirty days after the reporter's record is filed.
