On January 10, 2022, respondent filed in the above docked matter a Motion for Leave To File Answer to Amended Petition and simultaneously lodged therewith the corresponding Answer to Amended Petition. A comprehensive explanation was provided therein. The same date, petitioner filed a Motion for Entry of Decision.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing and the complete record herein, it is

ORDERED that respondent's just referenced Motion for Leave To File Answer to Amended Petition, filed January 10, 2022, is granted. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall file respondent's Answer to Amended Petition, lodged January 10, 2022, as of the date of this Order is served. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion for Entry of Decision is denied.
