VERONICA RAE CHAVEZ VARA, Appellant, v. MARK STEVEN VARA, SR., Appellee.

Appeal from the 388 District Court of El Paso County, Texas (TC# 2012DCM10912) O RDER

On May 2, 2017, the Court suspended all appellate deadlines and ordered the trial court to conduct a hearing to determine whether Appellant can afford to pay for the appellate record. On May 8, 2017, Appellant filed a notice stating that she is now able to afford to pay for the clerk's record and the reporter's record of the May 27, 2017 hearing. Therefore, it is no longer necessary for the trial court to conduct a hearing on the court reporter's challenge to Appellant's statement of inability to pay for the appellate record, and the appellate timetable suspension is lifted. The clerk's record and reporter's record are due to be filed no later than June 9, 2017.

IT IS SO ORDERED this 10 day of May, 2017.

PER CURIAM Before McClure, C.J., Rodriguez and Palafox, JJ.
