The reporter's record in this case is past due. By postcard dated March 19, 2024, we notified both Official Court Reporter Vielica Dobbins and Court Reporter Stephanie Moses, that the reporter's record was overdue and directed that the reporter's record be filed within thirty days. To date, the reporter's record has not been filed and we have not received any correspondence regarding the reporter's record.

Accordingly, we ORDER Stephanie Moses, to file, within FIFTEEN DAYS of the date of this order, either (1) the reporter's record; or (2) verification no hearings were recorded.

Our records indicate appellant is entitled to proceed without payment of costs and that he requested the reporter's record on January 26, 2024.
