This case is calendared for a remote trial at the Knoxville, Tennessee trial session commencing June 7, 2021. On May 27, 2021, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction as to Duane A. Vanhook. Respondent represents therein that he is unable to ascertain whether petitioners object to the granting of the Motion.

The foregoing considered, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction as to Duane A. Vanhook, filed May 27, 2021, is set for a remote hearing on June 7, 2021, at 10:00 AM (EDT). Petitioners are advised that failure to appear at the remote hearing on June 7, 2021, may result in the Court granting respondent's Motion.
