Present — Johnston, Acting P.J., Adel, Sneed, Wenzel and MacCrate, JJ.


The action is to recover damages for personal injuries suffered by plaintiff when a bale of furs, weighing approximately thirteen hundred pounds, fell from defendants' truck and struck him. The jury rendered a verdict in plaintiff's favor for $21,000. Defendants appeal on the ground that the verdict is excessive. Judgment, entered on the verdict, unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion.
