ORDER

Joseph W. Nega, Judge.

These cases were called from the calendar for a remote trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on August 1, 2022, which Spokane, Washington, was the place of trial. Petitioner and counsel for respondent appeared and were heard. On February 25, 2022, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute. On June 2, 2022, the petitioner filed a Motion for Summary Judgment. Additionally, on August 1, 2022 petitioner orally moved for a Motion to Remand Case, a Motion to Seal Documents, and a Motion to Change Venue. On August 1, 2022 during the trial, the parties filed a signed Proposed Stipulated Decision.

Accordingly it is, ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute made February 25, 2022, is denied as moot. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion for Summary Judgment made June 2, 2022, is denied as moot. It is further

ORDERED that petitioners' oral motions to Change Venue, Seal Documents, and Remand Case, are denied as moot. It is further

ORDERED that, in addition to regular service, the Clerk of the Court is directed to serve a copy of this order and the signed stipulated decision on petitioner at the following address:
