These consolidated cases were calendared for a remote trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on Monday, March 21, 2022, for cases in which Spokane, Washington, was the place of trial.

Pursuant to the Court's Order issued on March 16, 2022, the Court granted petitioner's Motion for Continuance filed February 25, 2022, and these cases were stricken for trial from the March 21, 2022, Spokane, Washington, remote session of the Court and continued.

On March 15, 2022, petitioner filed a Motion to Seal Petr. Exhibits A and B, exhibits in which support petitioner's Motion to Continue Trial. In that motion, petitioner submitted a doctor's report regarding petitioner's medical condition marked as "Exhibit A", and a declaration of petitioner's wife regarding petitioner's medical condition marked as "Exhibit B". Petitioner further represents that the exhibits are being sent to respondent by mail and by e-mail.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent shall file, on or before May 6, a response to petitioner's, Motion to Seal Petr. Exhibits A and B, filed March 15, 2022. 1
