MEMORANDUM OPINION


By letters dated June 6, 2003, the Court directed appellant to pay the filing fee of $ 125 and file a docketing statement in this appeal within ten days of the date of the letters. The letters warned appellant that failure to comply would result in dismissal of the appeal without further notice. Appellant has not paid the filing fee or filed the docketing statement. Accordingly, the Court dismisses the appeal for want of prosecution. Tex.R.App.P. 42.3.
