This case has been set for trial and then continued four times. Pursuant to a notice of trial and standing pretrial order issued November 15, 2021, it is currently scheduled for trial at the Tax Court's trial session in New York City beginning March 28, 2022. To assure that the case can be resolved on that schedule, it is

ORDERED that no later than February 28, 2022, the parties shall file a joint status report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports).
