PER CURIAM
These appeals are from interlocutory orders respectively denying appellants' special appearances and appellants' motions to dismiss pursuant to the Texas Citizens Participation Act in the same trial court proceeding. Before the court is appellants' unopposed motion to transfer the already filed clerk's record and reporter's record from appeal number 14-24-00068-CV to appeal number 14-24-00095-CV. That motion is hereby GRANTED. The Clerk of Court is directed to transfer the clerk's record and the reporter's record from the file for appeal number 14-24-00068-CV to the file for appeal number 14-24-00095-CV.
Also before the court is appellants' unopposed motion to consolidate both appeals. This motion is GRANTED and we issue the following order:
We order the appeals pending under our appellate case numbers 14-24-00068-CV and 14-24-00095-CV CONSOLIDATED . Appellants' principal brief in both consolidated cases will be due 20 days from the date of this order.
