On October 7, 2021, counsel for respondent, filed a Motion to Withdraw as Counsel. In that motion, respondent requested that the Court remove attorney Mariano R. Ardaya-Beecher as respondent's counsel of record. Furthermore, respondent's counsel represents that petitioner has no objection to the granting of counsel's motion.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Withdraw as Counsel, filed on October 7, 2021, is granted and attorney Mariano R. Ardaya-Beecher is hereby withdrawn as respondent's counsel of record.
