Judgment of the Municipal Court reversed and new trial ordered, costs to abide the event, on the ground that the evidence fails to show that the plaintiff was not guilty of contributory negligence. ( Reed v. Metropolitan Street R. Co., 180 N.Y. 315. ) Hirschberg, P.J., Woodward, Gaynor, Rich and Miller, JJ., concurred.
