This case is a companion case to the case of Van Norden et al v. Martin et al., La. App., 149 So.2d 684. In the opinion rendered in the Van Norden v. Martin case the facts in the instant case were discussed, and the same legal propositions are involved.

For the reasons set forth in the said Van Norden et al. v. Martin et al. the judgment of the Lower Court is affirmed.

Affirmed.
