DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant, in effect, to set aside this court's decision and order on motion dated February 11, 2015, which dismissed an appeal from an amended final judgment of the Justice Court of the Town of Southampton, Suffolk County, entered August 22, 2005, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Appellate Division from this court's decision and order on motion.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.

Appellant's remedy, if she be so advised, is to move in the Justice Court to set aside the consent final judgment, and, if necessary, appeal from the Justice Court's determination of that motion.
