This is an Anders appeal from a judgment and sentence placing Ginhoven on community control after he violated his probation. We affirm except for the imposition of a state attorney's fee of $250, which is stricken. Badie v. State, 619 So.2d 991 (Fla. 5th DCA 1993); Turkaly v. State, 615 So.2d 222 (Fla. 5th DCA 1993).

Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738, 87 S.Ct. 1396, 18 L.Ed.2d 493 (1967).

AFFIRMED as corrected.
