This case is currently calendared for trial at the Court's Atlanta, Georgia trial session, which is scheduled to begin September 26, 2022. On July 14, 2022, petitioners filed a Motion for Entry of Decision. On September 6, 2022, respondent filed a Status Report with the Court indicating that a settlement in this case had been reached and that they expect to submit to the Court a fully stipulated decision resolving this case.

Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that petitioners' Motion for Entry of Decision filed July 14, 2022, is denied as moot since the parties have reached a basis for settlement. It is further.

ORDERED that, on or before October 6, 2022, the parties shall submit to the Court either a stipulated decision or file a joint report (or separate reports, if preferred) regarding the then-present status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the above-referenced calendar, and the parties are excused from appearing at calendar call. It is further
