WADE B. VAN DOREN & BRADLEY BACHMAN, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

EUNKYONG CHOI SPECIAL TRIAL JUDGE

On July 20, 2022, the petitioners filed a Status Report with the Court (Index #12). On the same day, the petitioners also filed a second Status Report and a Brief in Support of Status Report (Index # 13 and #14). Upon review of the docket record the Court noted that The Status Report at Index #12 is identical to the Brief in Support of Status Report (Index #14). Therefore, the Status Report at Index #12 is duplicative and we will strike it.

Upon due consideration and for cause it is hereby:

ORDERED that the petitioners'' Status Report filed July 20, 2022, (index #12) is stricken from the Court's record in this case.
