Melissa R. Van Diest Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

ELIZABETH A. COPELAND, JUDGE

On February 28, 2022, both parties in this case filed with the Court Status Reports which indicate that the parties continue working together; however, due to very complex computations, Petitioner's counsel requires extra time to review the documents and has requested an additional sixty (60) days. Respondent has no objection to this request.

After due consideration, and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before May 9, 2022, the parties shall submit decision documents or file either separate or joint status reports with the Court as to the then present status of this case.
