Order denying defendant's motion to vacate and set aside the notice of examination of defendant before trial modified by striking from said notice subdivisions 7, 8 and 9; and as so modified affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Kelly, P.J., Jaycox, Manning, Young and Kapper, JJ., concur.
