ORDER

This case is calendared for trial at the Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on January 23, 2023, at the Earle Cabell Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse located at 1100 Commerce Street in Dallas, Texas 75242, Room 726.

On December 20, 2022, the parties filed with the Court a Joint Status Report. The parties informed the Court that the parties have reached a basis of settlement in all taxable years at issue. Respondent also informed the Court that the same taxable years are at issue in a related case (Docket No. 35138-21). The parties have requested an additional one hundred and twenty (120) days in which to submit decision documents or a further status report.

Upon due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Trial Session of the Court set to commence on January 23, 2023, in Dallas, Texas. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before May 5, 2023, the parties shall submit to the Court decision documents or a further status report (preferably a joint status report) informing the Court of the then-present status of this case.
