Two actions in ejectment involving the same property, plaintiff in the second action being the husband of the plaintiff in the first action, defendant in the second action being the widow of the defendant in the first action, were consolidated by the order from which the defendant in the first action appeals. Order affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Nolan, P.J., Carswell, Johnston, Sneed and MacCrate, JJ., concur.
