This case is currently set for trial on the Court's November 29, 2021 remote trial session, to be conducted remotely. On October 25, 2021, respondent filed a Motion to Remove Small Tax Case Designation, and advised that petitioner does not object. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Remove Small Tax Case Designation, filed October 25, 2021, is granted, the docket number of this case is amended by deleting the letter "S" therefrom, and the Clerk of the Court is hereafter directed to process this case to trial or other disposition as a regular tax case.

The parties are reminded that this case remains calendared on the Court's November 29, 2021, trial session.
