Ignacio VALENZUELA, Appellant v. Cruz RODRIGUEZ, Appellee
MEMORANDUM OPINION
From the County Court at Law No. 10, Bexar County, Texas
Trial Court No. 2015CV05285
Honorable Karen Crouch, Judge Presiding PER CURIAM Sitting: Sandee Bryan Marion, Chief Justice Karen Angelini, Justice Jason Pulliam, Justice REVERSED AND REMANDED
This appeal arises from a default judgment against Ignacio Valenzuela in favor of Cruz Rodriguez. After Valenzuela perfected his appeal to this court, the parties filed an Agreed Motion for Reversal of Trial Court Judgment. The parties request this court reverse the trial court's judgment without regards to the merits and remand the case to the trial court for a trial upon the merits.
This court grants the parties' motion, reverses the judgment of the trial court, and remands the cause to the trial court for further proceedings. See TEX. R. APP. P. 43.3(a).
