ORDER

Tamara W. Ashford, Judge.

On May 4, 2023, pursuant to the Court's March 6, 2023, Order, respondent filed a Status Report, apprising the Court of the then present status of this case. Respondent reports that the parties are continuing to work on narrowing the scope of unresolved issues and are encouraged that settlement can be achieved in this case.
