ORDER

Tamara W. Ashford, Judge.

On March 1, 2023, pursuant to the Court's December 1, 2022, Order, respondent filed a Status Report, apprising the Court of the then present status of this case. Respondent reports that, in an effort to potentially settle the case or otherwise narrow the issues for trial, the parties have been working to review and analyze the substantiation provided by petitioner to date. Respondent further reports that discussions between the parties have been productive and are ongoing. Respondent requests that the Court allow the parties to file additional status reports in 60 days further detailing the progress made toward resolution of the issues in this case. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before May 5, 2023, file status reports, separately or jointly, apprising the Court of the then present status of this case.
