An appeal having been taken from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about March 29, 2018, And plaintiff-appellant having moved for an enlargement of time in which to perfect her appeal, (M-5486),And defendants-respondents having cross-moved to dismiss the appeal (M-5735), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion and cross motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion (M-5486) is granted to the extent of enlarging the time to perfect the appeal to the May 2019 Term; and It is further ordered that the cross motion (M-5735) is granted to the extent that plaintiff's appeal is dismissed unless perfected for the May 2019 Term.
