MEMORANDUM OPINION

On November 27, 2006 Carlos Catarino Valencia filed a notice of appeal; however, on December 4, 2006 the trial court dismissed the case in accordance with the State's motion. See Tex. Code Crim. P. art. 32.02. Although appellant's general notice of appeal stated he was convicted, there was no judgment of conviction. Appellant filed a motion to dismiss this appeal stating we are without jurisdiction because there is no judgment of conviction. Because there is nothing presented over which we have jurisdiction, we dismiss this appeal for want of jurisdiction. See Tex. R. App. P. 43.2(f).
