On January 26, 2023, respondent filed a Motion to Remove Small Tax Case Designation. Although the Court directed petitioner to file an objection, if any, to respondent's Motion, petitioner failed to do so.
Upon due consideration of respondent's Motion, as well as the record of this case, it is
ORDERED that respondent's above-referenced Motion is granted in that the docket number of this case is amended by deleting the letter "S" therefrom, and the Clerk of the Court is hereafter directed to process this case as a regular tax case.
