Emiliano Valdez Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent


ORDER

Patrick J. Urda, Judge.

This case was previously set for trial at the Court's session scheduled to begin in Chicago, Illinois on May 18, 2020. Due to concerns about COVID-19, the trial session was canceled, and this case was assigned to the undersigned.

On December 3, 2021, the parties filed a joint status report, in which they indicated that they have reached a basis for settlement and are working together to finalize a stipulated decision document in this case. The parties ask for 90 days to do so, and we will grant them that relief. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that, on or before March 9, 2022, the parties shall file a stipulated decision document with the Court.
