An appeal having been taken to this Court from orders of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about September 7, 2018 and September 9, 2018, and said appeal having been perfected,
And defendant-respondent New York City Housing Authority having moved to dismiss the appeal upon plaintiff-appellant's failure to assemble a complete appendix in accordance with the prior orders of this Court entered on October 8, 2019 (M-7029), and on January 21, 2020 (M-8807) or, in the alternative, to direct the plaintiff to file a complete and proper supplemental appendix in accordance with the aforementioned orders of this Court,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of directing plaintiff-appellant to file a supplemental appendix, at plaintiff's own expense, containing all the documents omitted from the initial appendix, including all supporting affidavits and exhibits that were submitted to Supreme Court in connection with plaintiff's motions for summary judgment, on or before January 4, 2021, for the March 2021 Term of this Court, to which Term the appeal is adjourned.
