Jorge Valdez, Plaintiff-Appellant, v. The City of New York, Comptroller of the City of New York, New York City Housing Authority and the New York City Police Department, Defendants-Respondents.


An appeal having been taken from an order of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about September 7, 2018 and from an order of the same Court, entered on or about September 9, 2018, and said appeal having been perfected,And defendant-respondent New York City Housing Authority having moved to dismiss the aforesaid appeal, or in the alternative, to direct plaintiff to file a supplemental appendix to include certain documents that were submitted to the Supreme Court in connection with the motions for summary judgment, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of directing plaintiff to file a supplemental appendix containing all of the documents omitted from his initial appendix, including supporting affidavits and exhibits that were submitted to the Supreme Court in connection with the motions for summary judgment, at its own expense, on or before November 4, 2019. The appeal is adjourned to the January 2020 Term.
