We affirm the final judgment of conviction in all respects. Any error that occurred was either harmless or not preserved. We, nevertheless, vacate the sentences imposed and remand for resentencing within the guidelines. See Albritton v. State, 476 So.2d 158 (Fla. 1985).

Sentences vacated; remanded for resentencing.
