ORDER DISMISSING PETITION

Upon consideration of the letter filed on May 25, 2023, which we construe as a petition for a writ of mandamus, and the record, it is ordered that the petition is dismissed as moot. In an order filed five days prior to the postmarked date of Petitioner's letter, the circuit court acted on a pending ground in 1PR181000013 and stated it will act on the remaining grounds under a separate order.
