This case is scheduled for trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on April 11, 2022, at Detroit, Michigan. On March 1, 2022, respondent filed a motion for continuance. In his motion, respondent states that petitioner does not object to the Court granting the motion.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the respondent's motion for continuance, filed March 1, 2022, is granted and this case is hereby stricken from trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence at Detroit, Michigan on April 11, 2022, and is continued generally.
