Summary Dispositions March 25, 1997:

In lieu of granting leave to appeal, the judgments of the Court of Appeals and the Macomb Circuit Court are reversed. MCR 7.302(F)(1). On the facts in this case, the truck owned by the City of Sterling Heights was not "involved" in the accident. MCL 500.3114(5); MSA 24.13114(5). The case is remanded to the Macomb Circuit Court for entry of judgment for the defendant-appellant.
