Appeal from an order of the District Court of Suffolk County, Fourth District, entered February 23, 2016. The order granted a severance motion by respondent to the extent of severing so much of the action as was brought by plaintiffs Elmont Wellness Chiropractic, P.C. and Innovative Health Chiropractic, P.C.

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, as appellant Utica Park Chiropractic of NY, P.C. is not aggrieved by the order appealed from (see CPLR 5511; Madeline Lee Bryer, P.C. v Samson Equities, LLC, 41 AD3d 554, 554-555 [2007]).
