Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks leave to allow the parties to file their briefs in this Court under seal is granted, on the ground that the briefs will contain references to privileged, confidential, and proprietary information that has been ordered sealed by Supreme Court, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an order continuing the four (4) sealing orders of Supreme Court is denied as unnecessary (see 22 NYCRR 1250.1 [e] [4]).
