PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION ORDER
The Court, having reviewed the Stipulation and Motion for Preliminary Injunction Order and having reviewed the pleadings filed to date, being fully apprised in the premises herein and good cause appearing therefor;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Defendants and their employees, agents and successors in office, and all others acting in concert or participation with them, are hereby enjoined fron enforcing S.B. 69, 55th Leg., Gen. Sess. (Utah 2004), the "Partial-Birth Abortion Amendments" [codified at Utah Code Ann. §§ 76-7-301, 76-7-310.5, 76-7-314, and 76-7-326 through 76-7-330] until further order of the Court. No security bond need be posted.
